Shipping
We currently only ship to the US.
Processing Time:
Our current processing time is 10-14 business days. please keep in mind that ALL our items are handmade, so please be patient with us. Once you have placed your order, we will work on it as soon as we can.
Please allow an additional 3-8 business days after your order has been fulfilled for shipping via USPS.
All orders are sent through United States Postal Service (USPS)!
Amigos Peludos LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Amigos Peludos LLC is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier, if contacted within 30 days. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.

How long is the processing time?

Things like holidays and new releases may slow processing times, but we will always let you know if there is a delay!
When Will My Order Ship?
USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2-5 business days from shipping date per USPS website
USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1-3 business days from shipping date per USPS website
Please refer to your tracking number for your order.
Please make sure that you enter your address correctly to avoid lost mail! We are not responsible for any lost mail after orders have shipped. If a package is returned to us, we will refund you the order amount minus the shipping cost and sales tax.
Where Do You Ship To?
We are currently only shipping to the US.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail during checkout.
Tracking is included for both shipping options.
Free shipping is offered for US orders over $100.
Returns
What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. But we are always willing to chat and make sure you are helped with any issues!
If there is an issue with the product itself, please contact amigospeludosllc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. We will be happy to offer a repair or replacement of the product. No guarantees.
My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us at amigospeludosllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has be shipped. Contact Us.
